I love working with and helping our young ones grow not only mentally but to do it and they have a sense of pride about themselves in the end.I encourage and push and I definately wont do it for them but I'm there for support and questions. During my senior year in high school, I tutored and mentored at a program named AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination). This program is designed to prepare students for college. My job was to help students with any subject they were having trouble with. Math was the most common subject that students needed help with the most.
