I obtained my interpreting/transliterating degree from Columbus State Community a college in 1999, established my own interpreting agency one year later. I have been a professional interpreter for 15 years and I am nationally certified. I have interpreted in every situation imaginable and then some! I believe the best way to teach students is by utilizing a variety of learning styles. For example, for a visual learner, diagrams and pictures should be used but in order to compliment that repeating audible explanations would be great for someone who is an auditory learner.
