I love to inspire creativity and push for success!

I have taught English/Language Arts for 3 years to 6-8 grade students, and I have worked as a tutor in various capacities for the past 7 years. This past summer I opened my own business: a program dedicated to teaching the craft of creative writing to kids. Currently, I am back in school at University of Dayton's online graduate program, with a goal of obtaining my Master's of Literacy.
I love to incorporate creative and outside-the-box approaches in my teaching methods. I attended The Ohio State University and got my Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with a concentration in Early Childhood Development. After that I continued my education at Capital University to obtain my teaching license for PK-3 regular classroom education, as well as Intervention Specalist K-12 and a Reading Endorsment K-12.
