My teaching style is to move at the students pace - however slowly or quickly that may be. I don't mind being asked the same questions. In fact, I believe that there is no such thing as a bad question, and that a student should ask a question as many times as s/he feels it is necessary to do so.

My comments on tutoring Algebra II : I took algebra II in high school and passed. Math just comes to me easily and naturally so I didn't have to study much to excel and succeed in mathematics.

Asking students about problem areas so I can make a quiz to see what fundamentals are missing. Can help with homework and test preparation too.
Tutored on TutorSelect.come before a few years back and successfully tutored over ten individual students as well as a couple of group sessions with in between 2 and 4 students. All the students I tutored were either in high school or college. My topic I predominately tutor and that I most enjoy tutoring is mathematics. I've taken Algebra, Trigonometry, Pre-calculus, all three college Calculus courses, and Differential Equations. Algebra II is one of my top subjects!

I'm permanently a student. Before I joined the Air Force, while in the Air Force, and after I separated I've been school. Coincidentally, I separated to take the opportunity to go back to school. Currently, I'm studying engineering in North Carolina at UNCA and planning to transfer to the University of Colorado premiere engineering school. I know the process of getting into the Air Force (at least the top jobs) and being a college student particularly an engineering student. I've had courses in all major classes of math before Calculus, scored above a 600 on the SAT math portion, and have earned A's in my initial Pre-calculus classes.
