I thoroughly enjoyed the Marketing and Public Relations field, but I never could have imagined the fulfillment I would recieve within education. Me teaching style is similar to my leadership style, democratic. I like to have students explain what they are thinking when approaching a problem. This way, it is possible to determine where the breakdown may be. Examples, definitions, and sometimes taking a step back can make a significant difference when attempting to move forward. A strong base is vital.
