Most of the subjects I have selected I passed with an 85% or better. I also did some tutoring in high school for other students. If I didn't learn it, I am most likely to figure out what is going on. It helps to know before hand what the lesson and subject is, just so I can remember what it is and to be more prepared. I would prefer the library, just because it is big and open. The library in Tooele is a great example. It has rooms that can be used. I would prefer tutoring no more than 10 students at a time. If I can get a copy of the lesson before hand, I can be prepared.

I am Russian. I speak, read and write in Russian fluently. I can speak, read and write in English too. I live in USA in state of Utah almost 15 years. I want to help others learn Russian. "Standard Russian" pronunciation, writing, and grammar. Any age group is welcome. Preferred teaching style is one on one. Depending on skill level of student, we would speak as much in Russian during the time of the lesson. Tutoring & teaching Russian. I teach my students with speaking and understanding language and afterwards to build vocabulary. Speaking , listening , and then grammar, reading, writing steps . I will also challenge you and give you some short homework problems to keep your brain thinking about the concepts we will learn.

I like to get a student to the point where that student can apply basic skills to complete a problem. Once the student can apply those steps, I then like to move onward to get the student to be able to understand the reasoning behind the solution to the problem so that the student can use these steps to solve similar types of problems. I have spent a lot of time as a soccer referee and coach as well as a chess team coach working with youth. I have spent over 30 years working in various positions in the computer industry. I returned to school to gain a Mathematics/Teaching degree (without certification) from the University of Utah. I have taught for a single year at West Wendover HS in West Wendover, NV. During that year, I taught basic applied math classes as well as Algebra I, Algebra II and Pre-Calculus classes.
