I have a passion for marine biology and all things ocean-related and hold a bachelors degree in marine science, a field in which I've worked for 10 years. I have taught marine ecology as a naturalist at sea from kayaks in Puget Sound, paddling with orcas, and from an educational research vessel off Dana Point at the Ocean Institute.
