I work as Engineer in Photonic Solution company. However, I am also tutor as part time job with Secondary and High school students on Mathematics and Physics about 2 years. I believed that my engineering degree has enabled me to gain understanding about Mathematics and Physics.
I try to understand the student about problem which make them not understand for each items. I thought Mathematics and Physics are not so hard but just need to get answer of something that cause most of people not understand. I thought the best teacher is not the most cleaver people but must be the one who can solve and understand what normally student don't understand and guide them about that.

My teaching/mentoring/tutoring style is tailored to the student. I do not believe their is a generic teaching style that will help all students. Most people I have worked with have difficulty understanding a couple of key points and once that obstacle is overcome learning accelerates until the next obstacle is reached. Though I received my degree last June, most of my teaching experience came while I was still learning. In high school, I worked as a museum docent for after-school programs - at one point trying to convince 3rd graders that M.C. Escher's life and work were as exciting as the afternoon TV they were missing. While in college, I worked for Apple computer, teaching adults in one-on-one tutoring sessions in computer usage. My method of studying for my finals was to show up to study groups not to learn the answers, but to reinforce my own learning by explaining the relevant topics to my peers. After graduating, I worked for at Apple full time before moving to the Big Island and working various jobs, most recently for a tour company.
