I have been preparing and conducting adult coursework for a variety of computer - based applications and software for 15 or more years. The courses were done in large lecture environments (30 or more at a time) and also small or individuals sessions, and remote (phone and web-ex) deliveries. I am experienced in assessing group attitude and individual needs and am told that I am very adept at putting my "students" at ease, both through delivery style and in customizing and breaking down the materials for the particular person or group. I am a mother of 2 grown children and one young grandchild. When my children were in elementary school I volunteered at least 1/2 day each week in their classrooms - helping as needed.
