The courses were done in large lecture environments (30 or more at a time) and also small or individuals sessions, and remote (phone and web-ex) deliveries. A strength on which I have always prided myself is my ability to relate complex concepts with useful analogies and from different angles. I never underestimate a child's ability to learn something, so long as it's in a way in which they understand it. Curriculum development is also important. By that, I mean the creation of illustrations, tables, lists, acronyms, heuristics, and flash cards to aid a student in their thirst to learn.
