For a year I volunteered to help students who had problems with math and science while I earned my masters degree. I learned how a teacher must try their best to help their student succeed. I believe the best way to learn is peer-to-peer learning. As an auto-didact I have the study skills necessary to regurgitate information as taught by the current institutional models. This is an uncreative and highly unnatural way to learn. There's a reason no major discovery was made in a classroom -- true innovation, discovery and learning is an organic process.
