Piaget called the idea that kids learn by building upon what they already know "constructivism," and I consider myself a constructivist. I like the one on one aspect of tutoring. I enjoy teaching, but I really like tutoring because I get to know the child and am able to help him/her with his or her specific area of need. I like to make learning fun by playing learning games with the student. I am a Christian and I believe all children are unique and have their own abilities.
