Most of my teaching experience has focused on children with special needs; however while studying at St. Joseph's College, I was particularly attracted to the subject of Reading. Immediately after receiving the Master's degree, I enrolled in the Six-year program in Reading at the University of Connecticut.

My primary activities during my professional career have been teaching and counseling. My experience covers clients across the lifespan: from infants in early care and education through grand- parents in post-secondary education and college courses.
