I like to have a guide for the daily work and have specific goals every day. However, when someone is interested in a different subject, I like to explore that topic. I think it is very important to keep students alert and motivated, so I like to explore all types of learning expericences. For example, I enjoy working with the special education children, getting them to stretch and walk outside. I like to play music to them and get them to sing along.
