A Little Bit About Me...

I received a technology degree in 1975. Several years later I returned to college to persue a Physics/Mechanical Engineering Degree from SUNY New Paltz and RPI. I was an "A" student in Physics and enjoyed tutoring many classmates. I was a guest lecturer several times at RPI. Due to work and family commitments I did not complete the degree. My wife and I homeschooled our children through the primary grades. I taught sciences. While an Employee at IBM, I wrote and taight technical courses. Growing up I dealt with dyslexia. I understand that each and every kid has a different learning style and not one style is better then the rest. My goal is to make learning as much fun as possible by pin-pointing the learning style of the student and finding ways to make learning more interesting. A Little Bit About Me...

I as ordained a Priest in 2004 but have twenty years of teaching from vocal/piano to languages. I am bilingual growing up with a father from Quebec,Canada and can easily tutor in French in both dialects. I can also tutor literature and reading. I love working with young people and see that as part of my ministry. And while my faith is extremely important to me, I am not looking to convert others. I just want the opportunity to help young people of any age.
