My knowledge in the area of psychology of education helps me greatly understand that everybody has a different learning style. If everybody has a different learning style, teaching cannot perform in an uniform manner. It must be varied in order to meet every student's need. Being an educator I know some students are visual others are auditive. With the visual students teaching must include images and with the auditive students sounds must be used. I have 25 years experience in the civil engineering field, specifically the water resources area.
