I am currently an English major at The University of Tampa and will be graduating December of this year. My aspirations are to become an English teacher as well as a head contact for TESOL. My comments on tutoring Spelling : Spelling in most cases is memorization and sounds. A combination of the two work together to become good at spelling. Seeing the words on paper also help the student to remember them.

Spelling is one of my top subjects! Participated in multiple spelling bees as a youth.

I like to be fun. I don't want to be the teacher/tutor that nobody likes. I want kids to be excited to see me every day. I want to be the guy that 20 years from now, they look back on their lives and remember me and what I was able to do for them.
Have never tutored anyone before aside from helping my younger sister with her homework. I completed high school with a 3.5 GPA and am currently preparing to start my 2nd year of community college. Math has always been my best subject. In 11th grade I was enrolled in Algebra II honors, I then took a pre-college algebra course in 12th grade, took a similar course my first semester of college, and then took college algebra. I learned to read when I was 3 or 4 which was earlier than most people I was around. I finished in 16th place in my 5th grade spelling bee finals. Would have gone farther but I mistook course for coarse.
