I find what the student understands and build upon that for greater comprehension. It brings me great joy working with all types of children. Although all children are different, it does not limit each child from learning. I do believe that all children are capable of learning. As an educator it is my job to meet the needs of each and every child who is a part of my classsroom or program. We all are different and learn differently. It is my job to observe and assess each child according to his/her learning style so that I am able to pull the right materials and teach children according to the way he/she may learn.
