I also understand that people process and learn information differently, therefore I cater my teaching approach to the individual to maximize their learning potential. I find what the student understands and build upon that for greater comprehension. I also try to teach problem solving skills and critical thinking by allowing the student to guide the decisions, redirecting when necessary.
