There is some geometry on the GED. I am very good at this. However, in my own experience, not all geometry is equal. Some of it is quite complicated. From my tutoring experience I have noticed that most students who have trouble understanding a difficult concept do so because they did not understand a more basic prerequisite concept, so I try to help students "fill in the gaps."
