I am a firm believer that everyone learns in different ways. This being the case, I like to identify a person's strengths and weaknesses so that I can create an individual plan that is tailored to the specific person. I build upon strengths while addressing weaknesses so that in the end, the student becomes a well-rounded and more effective learner. Having earned degrees in PE, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics I have a strong science background in subjects such as Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, Kinetics, Biomechanics, Cellular Biology, Physics and Chemistry. In turn many of these subjects require knowledge of advanced mathmatical formulas and statistics. Therefore I am also very strong in math. I have published many articles as well as scientific research which emphasizes my skills in writing and grammar and again supports my knowledge of statistical analysis.
