I am a recently retired engineer. I spent last summer working in a City of Detroit grade school as a tutor. About ten years ago I taught Environmental Science classes at Wayne State as an adjunct faculty. This gives me the opportunity to identify possible gaps in their knowledge and to fill in those gaps. I also try to relate covered material to historical events.
