Experience Summary
I have graduated with dual B.S. degrees in Education and Political Science in 1972 in Odessa, Ukraine. My teaching experience includes 28 years of teaching chemistry, physics, Russian and Ukrainian languages in my native country of Ukraine. During these years I’ve taught many students varying in age from 13 to 18 years old. I’ve taught classes of Continuing Education for certified teachers in Ukraine. As a reward I received a special qualification of: “Excellent teacher of Ukraine #28807."
Teaching Style
Teaching is my passion. I strive to make my students feel the enthusiasm I have towards the subject. My teaching philosophy is to engage students in the study by making an abstract idea turn into something real that students might be truly interested in. I believe that students can overcome obstacles with positive reinforcement. I’d be there to help my students help themselves to become successful in their course of study. I’ve taught, tutored and mentored many successful students who became scientists in most prestigious Universities throughout the world. Many of these successful individuals would be happy to talk to my potential clients if deemed necessary. After all, the teacher is only as good as are his students.
