Reading is a passion for me for two reasons; One because I am an avid reader and two because my older brother has a learning disability and I spend evenings helping him with his English/reading homework. With any student I would like to achieve a grade level increase. I have some experience in tutoring in general. I have tutored fellow students who played the flute, I have also tutored fellow students on reading and spelling. I have a brother with a learning disability so I spent my entire adolescence helping him with his school assignments and helping him with his reading disability. I work with the students making them feel comfortable, never making the feel overwhelmed but enough work that they are working on the assignments that I give them.
