I have learned to apply various teaching methods to reach each student individually. It doesn't matter how smart I am, a master of the subject or my business successes. It matters that they get what they can out of the subject. Even how to take a test or to test the reasonableness’ of the answer. Seeing the "light go on" is a great validation to me as a teacher. I am a college graduate with degrees in finance and real estate. Through the years I have educated myself through higher learning in all areas of academics. Years ago I performed all the requirements needed to graduate a four year college, one of which is interaction with other students in a study group atmosphere and either learning or teaching each other. I have always loved learning and teaching people which I believe qualifies me to tutor young people.
