While I was a Rotary Exchange Student – South Africa | 1999-2000, I volunteered to tutor students of various ages every subject, except Afrikaans, and was very pleased with their progress, and enjoyed it. I excel in the Arts (Creative, and Graphic), English, Statistics, French, Social Studies, Reading/Writing (especially essay) and would be best for college prep (Highschool ages grades 9-12), as well as Creative Arts for all ages. I gained my tutoring experience working the Wilmer Writing Center at Lynchburg College while I was a student there. I worked with undergraduate and graduate students, as well as professors, to edit their papers; these papers covered all subject areas from English to Science to Teaching. I also tutored students in English specifically while working at the writing center. I helped to improve students grades significantly while also teaching them at the same time. I earned a BA in Marketing and so I am well versed in business as well as English Literature and Writing. I also completed a thesis in the area of English Literature.
