Fun and creative teacher

Learning is progressive. Each student has his own point of understanding of a concept and all future concepts are built upon the previous one(s). My teaching style varies with student learning styles. Although drill may be appropriate for some skills, my preference is project or problem based methods that draw on the learner's experiences and interests. I work from students' current skill levels, provide challenging problems, model successful learning skills, encourage students' to express creativity and intuition, and employ formative and normative assessments.
