I have taught reading to all student populations. Recently my tutorials have been given to children with dyslexia. I believe in flexibility. I am a true believer of the old adage: "If a child doesn't learn the way we teach, then we have to teach the way he/she learns. I firmly believe that when given the opportunity any child can and will learn. I have taught PreK, Kindergarten, elementary and middle school for over thirty nine years. I feel that I am qualified for this position because I have 15 years of experience as a certified teacher. I have taught English II/CLA II for one year at the secondary level, twelve years in the first grade level ,one year as a fifth grade teacher and one year as a fifth/sixth grade teacher.
