I believe everyone can learn to read if given the proper phonics curriculum. All students love to learn if you can find the key to their style and desire. I still recall the early days when I was wrestling with foreign languages. Most of my experience has been as an engineer. I have worked on projects in Europe, Asia, and all over North America. I got involved tutoring high school students while my sons were in high school.
