As a Sales & C.S. Trainer in a successful Call Center with over 25 yrs. experience, my role was to train phone reps to have a more pleasant, more successful “Contact Center Experience”, using scripting techniques, monitoring & tracking success and my own original training documents which were professional & challenging, yet fun & creative. While at home raising my daughters, I did home tutoring from 1989-2006. I then returned to teaching by doing home instruction for Bloom-Carroll (2003-2004)and Fairfield Union (2005).
