Experience Summary
As a Sales & C.S. Trainer in a successful Call Center with over 25 yrs. experience, my role was to train phone reps to have a more pleasant, more successful “Contact Center Experience”, using scripting techniques, monitoring & tracking success and my own original training documents which were professional & challenging, yet fun & creative. At a local Adult Career Center, I taught basic Workforce Development, including resume building, interviewing skills, communication in the workplace, etc too ALL students who came through, regardless of their course of certification. Most recently I worked with individuals with Developmental Disabilities, as a Job Coach/Trainer, helping them find gainful employment, find the skills they possessed to be successful fitting in to society. I worked with students after school and in the summer, training and teaching them some life skills that may not be covered well enough in high school classes or by parents. My passion is to educate people! Whether it is kids, adults, people with disabilities, community members, business owners, everyone wants to be successful in this era of trying to be a cut above the rest.... to be #1 out of several competing businesses all having similar product lines. EDUCATION & continued training facilitation are keys in training employees & management to be successful if they want to be successful, professional, skilled individuals and this concept is the basis of how I approach all career & training endeavors.
