I recently graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. in environmental science and a concentration in sociology and anthropology. I have served as the editorial assistant for the Applied Environmental Education and Communications journal for the last year and a half. I have also worked as a research assistant in the West Office Chair of Excellence in Communications and Public Relations under Dr. David Sachsman. My style of teaching is to explain the how and why and then immediately have the student perform a task - hopefully on his own, but with assistance if needed. I then repeat that until a student will take on a challenge and do the tasks solely by himself. I love making a difference in a future adult's knowledge base and skills.
