I have been teaching computers for over 14 years. Subject that I am able to teach: Any level of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Visio, Project). I am also able to teach any version from 2000-2010. I have also taught QuickBooks, and Quicken for many years. I also know GroupWise, and many other email systems. I have also taught in medical field for EMR systems such as Allscripts, McKesson. I also have a strong knowledge in SQL and Crystal Reports. I also have written courseware for customized classes.
I have an open style to teaching. I believe that if you show someone the subject; allow them to do the task along with taking notes that they retain most of the information. A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy working with students and watching their growth and development academically. My approach to each student is different because I understand each will need a different approach. Initially with each student I identify his or her strengths and weaknesses with the material. While building on their strengths, I attempt to change their perspective towards the course material that seems difficult. For example, if a student is struggling with multiplication but has superior addition skills, I will use addition to help them understand multiplication.
As a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I have a proven track record of success. I am currently pursuing a MS Degree at Full Sail University and my current GPA is a 4.0.
