Special Education is one of my top subjects! This is my fourth year teaching as a Special Education teacher. I teach grades K-5. I have worked with students who have various and multiple disabilities. I am currently teaching a case load of 33 students. I recently graduated UNL with a Master's degree in Special Education Mild/Moderate Disabilities.

I have been a teacher with CPS for four years. I am currently a Special Education teacher for grades K-5. I teach a caseload of 33 students ranging in abilities. I have a significant amount of experience teaching reading, math, and writing to struggling learners. In addition to working with students that have disabilities, I also have a degree in Elementary Education. I teach regular education students within my intervention groups throughout my school day. I teach with multiple strategies to best fit the needs of the learner. I also have quite a bit of experience in teaching with technology (smartboards, iPads, apple tv, doc cam, etc)
