During my time as an undergraduate student at New York University I tutored a wide range of subjects to students with varying abilities. My experience ranges from tutoring reading skills to elementary school children through the America Reads program, to teaching illiterate and non-English speaking adults basic math and literacy skills under Literacy Partners, Inc., and helped prepare high school students for the reading and math sections of the SAT through the Let's Get Ready program.

I enjoy being around kids, but I prefer to working with only one or two children in a learning environment. I am very patient but I enforce that the objective is to learn and be proud of his/her success. I try to teach in a step-by-step method.
