My comments on tutoring TOEFL : Having studied and taken the test myself I am very familiar with the format of this test. I am experienced in making students familiar with the testing format.

My teaching style is eclectic. My background as a yoga instructor and massage therapist inform my teaching style in that I teach the student as a whole rather than teaching a subject to a student. I like to use current outside sources whether they be from science or art so that learning stays relevant to today.

My comments on tutoring TOEFL : I have worked with a number of students to prepare them for TOEFL.

I am Socratic and like to make students think. My education is a classical Old World one and I focus on drilling down to assumptions.
I have lectured in universities around the world from Harvard and MIT to University of Delhi and IIT. I studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford on the Radhakrishnan British Chevening Scholarship. I qualified as a lawyer in London and worked for a firm that represents the Queen and the Bank of England. In the US, I did an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
