I enjoy teaching and working in the clinical practice performing laboratory tests and analyzing the results. I am enthralled with structures and functions of organisms and continuously intrigued with revelations of newly discovered mechanisms. My teaching experiences were acquired while obtaining my Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry and during graduate level coursework. My teaching style with younger children is to have a relaxed setting where no pressure in placed upon the student. I'm always sure to review my material before going into a new lecture. When a student is not understanding the material I try to use many methods for then to gain a better understanding. When I was younger it was easier for me to understand information if I can relate it to my life, so I will apply the same methods with teaching others. As a college student I am still striving for my goal and dream of becoming a veterinarian. I have always been a mentor in my community and willing to help others where they need help. My favorite subjects throughout grade school include math and science, in which I have excelled in both by being placed in honor level classes throughout high school. I am a every highly motivated individual and a student who excelled at being a student. I graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2008 with three bachelor degrees: B.A. in German Language and Literature, B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature, and B.A. in Global Studies. I receive all three degrees in 4 years of studying.
