Pre-Algebra is one of my top subjects! A favorite subject.

My method of tutoring is to work with students where they are and add to their skills, to accomplish the final outcome, preferably an "A" or "B." Some students are visual learners and some are informational learners, or some students combine the two. The potential I see in students is what I try to bring out and have them realize they are capable of going a step further, to reach their goal. The importance of education and the students' continuance of same cannot be stressed enough.

My comments on tutoring Pre-Algebra : I like math and I'm bacharelor in bussines and accounting(studying) and I'm financial manager for a long time and it help me to teach basic math.

I began teaching 16 years . I taught mathematics and Portuguese for children with difficulties in doing homework . I continued to teach for five years or more. I taught my daughter now also loves math and she won the tenth place in the Olympics of mathematics in American schools.I believe I am a good teacher .

Kind and patient tutor for math, science & computing.

Although not degreed in math, science or computers, they were my favorite subjects. More importantly, I am gifted in communicating concepts into terms my students understand and grasp. Repetition doesn't equate to learning, it's a component, it's a way to practice, but it is not how the mind grasps the concept.
