I describe my teaching style as student-oriented. I focus heavily on each particular student's unique learning requirements. It is my opinion that every student learns in a different capacity and teachers must spend more time with each individual student, accommodating the lesson plans to fit the student’s needs. In addition to owning my own accounting business and having a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management as well as a second Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting, my experience includes working in corporate, public, and government accounting for the past eight years. I am a recently retired engineer. I spent last summer working in a City of Detroit grade school as a tutor. About ten years ago I taught Environmental Science classes at Wayne State as an adjunct faculty.
