Give Real life experience a try

Experience throughout school, work and personal experience dealing with the mentally challenged and dyslexia. my best friend had a son who was dyslexic and also he had ADD and I got him to trust me in babysitting and I taught him various things. I taught him how to read and write he could not accomplish that on his own. He was 11 at the time and I think with kids you have to be creative to teach them and I am very creative. I also have an aunt who is mentally handicapped, and I love spending time with her she is a very giving person. They teach me and it is always a joy to work with them and give something back.
Hands on approaches mixed with worldly knowledge, and a very patient style.

I love seeing people learn. I love the look in a student's eye when they think about something in a way they've never thought about it before. I graduated with honors from Univ of Utah and then completed MBA while working full time. I have invested 25 years in business operations management as a career. I have not received anything less than an A- in a math class since 8th grade. I have been adjunct teaching at Salt Lake Community College and LDS Business College since Fall 2003. I have taught mathematics, statistics, and software applications. Course evaluations have always been high, and student feedback has been very positive.
