My one to one teaching style is tailored to adapt to the students learning style. However, my experience shows that keeping the student active during the learning process promotes a better learning. I use Microsoft Excel during my lessons. I create formulas, graphs, etc. and the Excel spreadsheet and ask the student to enter the data so that he/she can see how things change with different entries. I have designed and coordinated a Resource Center to help students with special needs learn and achieve at their level. I have also designed and implemented a school for children with special needs.

I have learned through my experience that many people have a "math-phobia" This is usually onset by a teacher or incident from their past. My main objective when working with people in math is to break down those fears. When this happens, without fail, the doors begin to open and learning becomes much easier for the learner.
