As a complement of my experience, and since all my education was gotten in a Spanish-speaking country, I am perfectly fluent in Spanish language. I authored and coauthored scientific publications and books written in Spanish language as well.

Working with the Upward Bound Program I tutored high school students in various subjects. As a varsity basketball player I was frequently in charge of teaching the sport's fundamental skills necessary to younger children. While this kind of education differs from one received in the classroom, I believe that the objective is similar in that students are being taught essential elements of a subject.
