Everyones performance is driven by the encouragement that they get on a daily basis. So a very important part of my teaching style is to include the whole family. As well as to encourage them to praise my student daily. Also they must provide activities that challenge their mind and build there confidence. This allows everyone to be a part of their success. I have over twenty years of experience teaching reading. I completed all of the Houghton/Mifflin Language Arts training sessions that taught California teachers how to be expert Language Arts teachers. I have also attended many Language Arts training sessions through my school district and county education offices. I also ran Language Arts and ESL Intervention programs at my school. I have a B.S. and a Master's degree in Education, and I am CLAD Certified. I love teaching and get along very well with children. I respect them and I know how to inspire them to do their best work.
