I am currently an Avid Tutor for Springfield 186 School District in Springfield, Il.I am also Teacher Assistant and Special Education Attendant certified. I have also tutored at Lincoln Land Community College in the past. I also have done private tutoring for friends of our family and people that they know and have referred me. I have my Associates degree and am currently working towards my Bachelors degree in Secondary Education in Mathematics. I am a graduate of Western Illinois University, and I am excited to be starting my teaching career. I try to understand the level of where the children are and build on that. I am patient, considerate, consistant, non-judgmental and feel it is not too early to start teaching or a child to learn. There is so much children can learn and we, as adults, can learn from them. I found working with young minds in different Early Childhood agencies is one reason for earning my Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education.
