A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching in an inspiring and positive teaching style, I have special talent to explain and to clarify difficult concepts in a variety of ways that effectively "get the idea across" in a manner that makes learning easier and more fun. I believe that a structured environment with open communication is most effective and conducive to learning. I work with students to develop critical and independent problem-solving skills through praise and building confidence and self-esteem. Many times educators falter because they have been teaching so long that they forget a student’s mindset is different. I believe that a great educator will listen to the needs and strengths of the student directly from the student to help detect what is preventing the student from completely mastering a particular skill.
