My comments on tutoring Italian : I am interested in teaching / tutoring introductory to advanced Italian language classes. I speak Italian fluently, having lived in Italy for 7 years, between the ages of 7 and 14. I believe I would be able to exude the love for the language and the culture in a fun filled conducive learning environment making it not only informative but rewarding for the student.

I have lived in Italy for 7 years and I speak Italian fluently. I grew up speaking the language. My parents were both Italian and because of this I was recently able to obtain Italian Citizenship (dual citizenship with United States) for myself and my three children. I am an attorney with my own law practice in Lake Forest, CA. I have given many seminars and one on one "teaching" sessions with hundreds of clients explaining specific points of law in novice terms (www.rainonelaw.com). I have flexible hours.

As a graduate from one of the most prestigious schools in the world, I have the training and experience to motivate and improve a child's ability to learn. Whenever I tutor, I try to explain to the students that learning, and particularly learning Spanish, is going to be fun. To start my tutoring process I try to understand what is needed to improve the student’s learning skills. Then I try to see what method or process works best for the student to understand the material. Thirdly, I go over the rules for the subject at hand and write those down on a piece of paper for the student to use as a guide to solve problems.
