While at Nichols College, I took a part time job at the local Boys & Girls club in Dudley Massachusetts. Here, I worked with children from a variety of backgrounds on their homework and various other projects especially mathematics in which I specialize in. Many of these children were living in more challenging home environments, sometimes lacking a father and or living in a troubled neighborhood. My textbook strengths would anything math, finance, accounting, and business related. More importantly, my best asset regarding tutoring would be my ability to adapt my teaching to the child's needs and learning style. I got my bachelor's degree with concentration on statistics in Beijing Normal University, which is the best teacher training university in China, and received all rounded training to make a teacher. In summer of 2007, I joined a summer camp team and volunteer to tutor math in a far away high school. Currently i am working as teaching assistant in University of Connecticut.
