I have an MBA focusing on empowerment of small business and a BA in Romance Languages. I have been studying/teaching Spanish for over 20 years and French for over 10 years. I am very aware that everyone learns at different levels and in different ways. I am observant and mindful of this in teaching. I have worked with children with special needs for many years. Also, teaching ESL has helped me become a strong teacher because it has made me excellent with non verbal communication. It is important to have a stimulating environment for students.
