An underlying emphasis of my career, either as a teacher, principal or superintendent, has been a focus on helping challenged students. Beyond several years teaching and serving as an administrator at many levels within the educational field, I have taught and tutored students both in the U.S. and China. Since retiring, I have mentored students with the emphasis on, again, helping challenged students achieve to their best capacity. A Little Bit About Me...

All through high school and college I was a tutor. I have taken numerous writing extensive courses. This qualifies me to tutor English. I have also taken many courses that concentrated on Social Studies. Science was always one of my favorite courses in high school, therefore I took a few science courses in college as well. I often tutored fellow students through my high school career. I mostly focused on Reading, English, History and Science. Rarely did I tutor in Mathematics.
