Teacher with gentle touch - Very good at explaining new subj

I try to find the teaching style that is going to work for the student. Are they visual? Do they need to touch to learn? Finding out how to teach them and then helping them learn skills for independent study are just as important as the material.

As the Office Assistant at Exousia Rehabilitation Services, I also performed many personal assistant tasks for the owner, including tutoring her two high school students at least three nights a week. As the Administrative Assistant and nRg Program Coordinator at Heart Reach Ministries (a non-profit youth center), I worked with at-risk teenagers during both summers I was there.
